At Sydney Bella Donna, each order is packaged with care and attention to detail. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your jewelry will arrive.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. During collection launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.
U.S. Shipping
• Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) – FREE
• Priority Shipping (1–3 business days) – $10 flat rate
Orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
• Standard International Shipping (7–21 business days) – $25 flat rate
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sydney Bella Donna is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal service to file a claim.
