At Sydney Bella Donna, each piece is carefully handcrafted with intention and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident and radiant in every piece you wear.

Return Eligibility

• We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

• Approved returns will be issued as store credit only

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Custom or made-to-order items

• Any items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Return Process

• To initiate a return, log in to your account and request a return from your order history

• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Store Credit

• After we receive and inspect your return, a digital store credit will be issued

• Store credits do not expire and can be used toward any future purchase
