Return & Store Credit Policy

At Sydney Bella Donna, each piece is carefully selected, created, or finished with attention to detail. We want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Items must show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use.

• Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Earrings, for hygiene reasons

• Custom, personalized, altered, or made-to-order pieces

• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Vintage Items

Vintage pieces may show natural signs of age, wear, or previous use. These characteristics are part of their unique history and are not considered defects when disclosed in the product description or photographs.

Please review all photographs, measurements, and product details carefully before purchasing.

Return Process

To request a return, submit a return request through your customer account or contact us at hello@[yourdomain].com within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions by email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Store Credit

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued electronically.

Store credit does not expire and may be used toward a future purchase from Sydney Bella Donna.

Sydney Bella Donna reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
